Born and raised in Houston, Lauren attended The University of Texas-Austin, and graduated with an Advertising degree. After several years in sales at Modern Luxury Media, she pursued her love of teaching and taught Kindergarten and 2nd grade. Lauren has been in Dallas for fifteen years and has lived in University Park, Preston Hollow and Devonshire.Lauren’s number one goal is to find the perfect home for her clients and to always be available for them through all stages of the home buying/selling process. Additionally, Lauren has cultivated a keen eye for design, which runs in her family, and is a huge asset to clients preparing their homes for sale or finding potential in a new home.In her free time, you can find Lauren with her husband Ryan and their three daughters, Sheridan, Greer, and Piper, on the tennis court or traveling.
Ryan Haley

Ryan grew up in Roswell, New Mexico, where his love for sports and the outdoors took root early. He went on to play tennis and basketball at West Texas A&M University, distinguishing himself as an All-American tennis player. After college, Ryan joined T Bar M Racquet Club in Dallas in 1998, where he served as Head Tennis Professional for 13 years and became a familiar and trusted figure in the city’s tennis community. An avid outdoorsman, Ryan especially enjoys bow hunting for elk and aoudad at his family’s ranch in South Texas. His passion for the outdoors is a meaningful part of his life. Ryan now works alongside his wife, Lauren Haley, at Compass as part of The Haley Group, where they bring a collaborative, client-focused approach to Dallas real estate. Together, they are raising their three daughters—Sheridan (12), Greer (10), and Piper (4)—all proud students at Good Shepherd Episcopal School. The Haleys live in Devonshire and remain deeply involved in the Dallas tennis community.
